I posted my account of our trip to the confluence early Sunday morning. Less than an hour later I read Dale Bowman’s story recounting our experiences in his Chicago Sun-Times column (http://suntimes.com/sports/outdoors/index.html. Meanwhile, Bill Anderson had already posted his own version on his blog at http://catchphotorelease.blogspot.com/. It is interesting to read the differing perspectives on the same series of events (sort of like the famous Akira Kurosawa film except, of course, the movie deals with a violent crime rather than our far more benign endeavors).
